Terms of Service

When you purchase artwork from me you automatically agree to these terms. These terms are subject to change at any time. Any commission request that does not comply with these terms will be denied. Any questions or concerns regarding these terms can be asked via email [email protected]

• I can deny a commission for any reason and I am not obligated to provide you with a reason or explanation.
• My work cannot be used for commercial purposes unless otherwise agreed upon. Commissions for commercial use will require a signed agreement on a supplemental document outlining additional and/or modified terms. Prices may vary for commercial use commissions and this will be discussed prior to outlining supplemental agreement.
• I retain full rights to my work. I can post it to any galleries/portfolios/platforms online or in-person and use my work for self promotion.
• I can do private commissions where I won’t post the work on any of my galleries. If this is desired, please notify me before approval of the first sketch/thumbnail.
• I may live stream commissioned work. If you do not desire the progress to be streamed or recorded you must notify me before approval of the first thumbnail sketch.
• You can use your commission for any personal use and modify/make changes as desired. However, please credit me when reposting work and link to any of my social media profiles (preferably DeviantART). Never claim that you made the commissioned work!
  
  

Leadtime

Typical lead time: 1-2 weeks
Commissions will be subject to the above lead time unless stated otherwise in written correspondence.

Process

• You submit to me (via social media DMs or email) your filled request form:
  • Reference Material/Detailed Description:
  • Subject’s action/pose/expression:
  • Expectation keywords: (i.e. Cute, angst, bright colors, vaporwave aesthetic)
  • Additional Notes:
  • Your PayPal email: (for invoicing purposes)
• Once your request has been approved, I will send a thumbnail sketch for your approval. After thumbnail approval, I will send you an invoice. I will work on your commission as soon as possible after payment has been received.
• I may submit an additional, refined sketch for approval after payment for complex commissions.
• Linework and coloring may be streamed on my Twitch or recorded for YouTube. I will notify you if I will be streaming/recording my progress on your commission. You are welcome to visit and watch your commission be made, however, please follow my stream’s rules when engaging in the chat. 
  
• I will send you work-in-progress image clips(WIPs) of lineart and color. If you would like additional WIPs please make a request. You can request WIPs at any stage of the commission. You are free to suggest minor adjustments when the commission is in progress.
  
  
• Once complete I will send you the work signed and unsigned. Unless agreed otherwise, I will also post the final image to my galleries.
  
  

Payments

• USD via PayPal Invoice
  
• For orders under $100, payment is required in full to proceed after thumbnail approval.
  
• For orders over $100, only 50% payment is required after thumbnail approval. Unless otherwise agreed upon, the remaining 50% must be paid when linework is completed.
  
  

Refunds

• You cannot change your commission request after payment receipt and work has progressed. Once I start work on your commission, any refund will be partial and no more than 90% of commission cost.
• If you are not satisfied with the result I can make minor adjustments to better suit your expectations. I handle this on case-by-case basis, so please contact me directly so I can better be of service. Let it be known that I will never rework an entire piece for free.
• If you are not satisfied after the free edit(s), you can either:
  • Request a refund [no more than 75% refund]
    
  • Pay extra for a rework [pricing may vary]

What I Will Not Draw

• Explicit sexual content
  
• Fetish content
  
• Offensive/provocative content towards any race, ethnicity, religion, creed, gender, sexuality, or identity of any sort.
  
• Illegal or taboo content
  
• Anything I don’t want to draw or am uncomfortable drawing. If you aren’t sure you can always ask me.
